Installation

Brick pavers are a beautiful, more durable and economical alternative to other concrete surfaces. Unlike other surfaces like: stamped concrete, acrylic, or concrete, pavers are colored throughout the paver, not just a veneer coloring. Over time, brick pavers will keep its desired color and integrity for many years to come. Pavers are also designed to move without cracking or breaking, whether it is load bearing areas or expansion and contraction. Brick pavers have stronger compression strength than basic concrete and decorative overlays.

Picking the right installer is important. Every install has its unique features and requirements. We provide a free estimate to determine what will be required to provide a quality installation, at a fair cost.

Our standard installation includes removal of existing concrete, grass, shrubs, debris if necessary. Dumpster or dump truck will be provided by PaverPro. We use 3-4 inches of a compacted crushed limestone as a base. We lay pavers in whatever style, pattern, and color you choose. Paver edges are secure with cement and polymeric sand is vibrated into the joints. All our pricing includes two coats of sealer. The sealant not only provides a lustrous look but also prevents stains, mold and protects the life of the pavers. To maintain your pavers, sealant should be applied every two years. STRIPPING

Occasionally we have to strip pavers prior to applying any sealer. Cutting this corner fosters a poor job and promotes future pealing and immediate failure. Stripping coating off your paver is sometimes necessary if there is a build-up problem. Over application of sealer often causes a white haze to appear over the entire surface. This haze makes it difficult to see the color of the pavers, detracting from the overall look. Some acrylic sealers contain low quality acrylic resins which can turn yellow when exposed to the sun's UV rays. When a clear sealer turns yellow, ugly or begins to peel or flake it most likely needs stripping. Stripping is also a way to remove sand which was sealed to the surface of the pavers. We apply a powerful stripping agent that allows removal of multiple layers of acrylic sealer. Then we rinse the stripper and previous sealer away using water pressure. The result is a surface that looks like it has never been sealed before, totally restored and ready for sealing. No matter what the condition of your pavers, restoration cleaning and sealing with our system will make the pavers look like new again.

Joint Sanding (all caps)

Polymeric sand is a unique mixture of polymer binders and calibrated sand, available in tan and grey. Once the polymeric sand sets, it becomes very frim and locks between the paver joints.

Pressure Wash and Sealing (all caps)

After we pressure wash the pavers, to protect pavers from staining and enhance the natural color and appearance we use either a water based enhancer or oil based wet look sealer. Our sealers create a satin look by enhancing the natural color of brick pavers. Our professional grade sealers are designed to soak into the brick and create a wet look that enhances natural color of the pavers. Its creates a surface barrier against stains that is easy to clean. Simply wash dirt and stains off the surface with a spray nozzle.
